The Old Mill, South Perth

Timber Insight was engaged by Hocking Heritage + Architecture for a special heritage project at the iconic Old Mill in South Perth. The works required Timber Insight to apply our extensive knowledge and experience with timber to examine the windmill dome roof frame and the condition of the windmill sail timbers. Following assessment recommendations were provided around remediation required to correct damage or deterioration and extend the life of the heritage listed building.
